Omar Díaz Mier y Teran.
Director

A Young, part of the new generation of high service focused executives. He was born in a Family completely involved in the car industry, both in the car dealer industry and the Car rental Industry, He grow up in this fantastic world of cars therefore he knows it and understand it perfectly. In 2007 He started as the Director of Blueway Rent a car. His energy and decision along with experience has involved Blueway Car Rental in the Mexican peninsula into a new Era.

 

Eleazar Rodríguez.
Regional Operations Manager

His first incursion to Blueway Car Rental was in 1992 and during 12 years his hard working philosophy made him quickly grow up and then in 1995 he was promoted as Operations Supervisor for the Cancun Airport Location. Two years later He took on his hand the responsibility of Blueway Car Rental on the amazing growing rhythm of the Riviera Maya. In 2005 He decided to take a new breath and look for new goals and left Budget. For 2 years he enriched his knowledge and experience working for other brands like Advantage and Payless Car Rental, after this He came back home on January 2008 occupying this time the position of Regional Operations Manager.

 

Heriberto Sanchez
Operation Manager

After working for so many years for travel agencies industry, has become in a very important part of our staff, bringing to our company the whole experience about sales and service attitude, spreading the knowledge in our people and working everyday, trying to improve our company. His professional career trhu the tourism has given him the opportunity of being part of the Job. He is in charge of the operations process.

So important it is to be the man who is in charge of all financial procces, and in charge of one of the most important resources of our company such as management of the incomes and cost for operation in Blueway car Rental, He began to work from a long time ago, starts as an auxiliar accounting and thru all those years has beacome the person who is a professional and serious to have the control of the money. Succes and investement from our company has been fundamental today.

Fleet & Mainteinance

He start very young to fixing cars and during so many years has become one of the most important columns of our staff, due his constancy on the maintenance program for all vehicles, beacome the responsible and in charge of take care of our fleet which is very large, and the experience have been crucial in all those prevention programs for cars, we have saved in cost much more than normal projections of cost.

As usual, a large car rental company requires of the know how of the legal proccess of goverment and administrative organizations, he has been working for more than 17 years with Blueway Car Rental, relations with those agencies has been part of very good and well constructed relation of our company whit the authorities.

He start in the accounting area, and for so many years he has adquire the know how of our business, was promoted to be in charge of the control of operation in this 2 important areas for our company. Now with more than 25 years working hard for Blueway Car Rental and because of his outstanding performance He was promoted to the actual position of Supervisor.

 

Rolando Domínguez.
Mérida Supervisor

Since Blueway Rent a Car first location in Merida opened, Rolando Dominguez was part of the Crew; He has grown along with the brand and now He is in charge of Merida City.

 

Cesar Bacab.
Cozumel Supervisor

Cesar moved to the Island since he was a Boy and as most of the islanders know the compromise of providing the better service to the cruise travelers and all the tourists visiting the magnificent Cozumel Island. More than 14 years working for Blueway Rent a Car makes him the appropriate responsible of our locations in Cozumel and will do, along with his staff, the best effort to give you an unforgettable service.
